We will happily produce our home-made catering specifically for you. If you have a party, meeting or event to cater for, we can provide everything you need. Just select what you want from our catering menus and we will do the rest. Our chefs have many years experience in providing first class food, so relax knowing the catering has been taken care of.
At Vollan we have the capacity to provide for a variety of catering, from a cold buffet for 20 people, to larger corporate groups of 350 people. Order the food and collect it from us at Vollan/Nordkjosbotn in Tromsø, or other collection points in Troms. Unfortunately we do not deliver the catering ourselves.

Our popular home-made stew made with salt mutton, root vegetables, onions, parsley and potatoes. Served with flatbread and freshly prepared lingonberries. Home-made apple cake with cream is a classic.

Home-made appetizers such as lamb roll, bacon, hot-smoked salmon, whale and savory house salads and dressings in several varieties. Newly baked bread.

Examples could be oven baked salmon and reindeer stew with all the extras. We are flexible to your wishes.
