We make 95% of all the food ourselves and source as much as possible of our ingredients from regional local suppliers.

Elvfløyen houses our newest rooms in a separate wing attached to the main building. These all have modern décor.

STUDIO APARTMENTS
The studio apartments are in their own building just 600 metres from the main guesthouse. Here we have 8 studio apartments, of which 3 have a twin beds. All have their own entrance, private bathroom with shower/WC and a kitchen area with a fridge, kettle, hob and kitchen utensils.

At Vollan Guesthouse we provide “home-made” cooking in a warm and welcoming environment. We have been serving home-made food, using local produce since 1948, when Gudrun “Guri” Lydersen took over the property and started up a cafe.
